I'm irritated with the new mask that I'm trying!
This is it! I got taken in by the words on the packaging!! :( Sounds exactly like that I want from a mask!
The mask was super dry for a mask, till the point that it doesn't stick on my face properly sometimes. And it was really small, a small bit bigger than my face only! (look at the ruler!!) Took some time to put it on my face properly due to the size. Good thing is only that it covers the eyes too, unlike most masks!
And now after removing it for so long, its still sticky! Angst. Washed my face in the end. After a while, I didn't know if it is still sticky or my face is oily, so had to get the stuff off my face seriously!
Did my nails in super childish colors, but I like! The are the easier colors that can I can paint successfully most of the time haha.
Used these!
Majolica base&top coat for my base; Missha PK04 and BL03; Canmake gel volume top coat!
I think I like this top coat more than the OPI one muahaha. Its like more difficult to remove, and holds blings or nail art deco a tid bit longer when no nail glue is used!
Hey babes, I haven't been here for some time. Sorryyyyy!
Was busy with school, and then my computer crashed, so all my prepared posts are gone. Photos, texts, even my editing programme is gone, plus my watermark.
Sad to the max!
Gonna have exams next week, then I'll update you all again! :)
What I've been up to recently! (I have no watermark currently, so do credit if reusing the images please? thanks!) (I'll do a detailed description of the below again, no time now!)

My last week's pastel manicure done by myself! Can't remember the name of the colors, will update again if I remember!

Today's haul from watsons member sales!
Left: Korean wired hairband from daiso $2 only! I've always wanted one but its either expensive or too flowery for my liking. this one was champagne (not my first choice but there was only one choice) so I got it!
Centre: Pump bottle from sasa, less than $2! Gonna fill it with clean water for makeup removal when i live in ntu's hall. I can't be lugging all my cleansing stuff to the toilet plus toiletries, so I'll do makeup removal and scrubs and sometimes masks in my room first!
Right: Bioessence celebrity's choice! my sister pestered me to buy this. It was on sale and so i bought it! Especially since my 2b one wasn't of much help....
SK-II facial treatment essence!
Always saw the advertisement on TV since I was young, always felt that it was just some weird stupid water that costs a lot and over-advertised. Till I entered the cosmetic industry and have friends from SK-II!
Had super troubled skin when I started it must say. MY biggest problem was pimples and bumps that are potential pimples! It cleared my skin and became more radiant! especially the areas that always look like any pimple will burst out of it, those area became clear too. The pimple-prone areas are almost gone now, no more bumps, and most of the pimples healed. My pores did shrink a little too. This also helps my skin to be adequately moisturised!
Some stories to share.. My colleague went australia not long ago, it was winter and her skin didn't became tight and dry like what will happen to most people under extreme weather! I went for a camp, didn't use it consistently, but i didn't get sunburnt like i usually do even with just a little sun exposure! Was exposed to quite a lot of sun in camp.. However, my sister broke out big time after trying it for once.
So ya, some of the rumours might be true I guess, I would like to say that first timers please buy small one to try first, too costly if you are not sure if you will continue using it! You never know if it suits you or its just detoxifying your skin.
There are some worries about the smell of pitera. Yeah, it stinks, especially the first time I used it. However, I don't notice the smell nowadays at all :D
How do I appy it? I use high quality cotton pad, soak it with a fifty cents coin size of facial treatment essence and pat onto my face. I usually pat for very long till the cotton pad become moderately dry. I also use the excess on my body, neck area especially.
I will continue using this even when it finishes! (actually I ordered a big bottle already) Love it!
I bought my first NYX product, and also my first cream blusher! Got it from an online store, quite cheap I must say! I kind of like the casing of it, plus there's a heart shaped symbol on it haha!
Mine is CB01 rose petal, the reddish pink shade. I always get reddish pink for my blushers!
I think cream blushers are kind of troublesome to use, have to dab some on the cheek area and then slowly dab dab dab to spread it out. One has to really know where she want the blusher to go, cream blush is not for the inexperienced I must say. I won't say I'm a pro, but I think if you're able to master how to apply it, it will look a lot more natural than powder blush, and it looks like its really glowing out of your skin! (: A picture of me with the cream blusher on.
Summary of points to note!
- Easily contaminated, since you have to use your finger to apply! Bad for touch ups especially.
- Have to wash hands before and after using.
- Might be sticky for oily skin (I usually top it with loose powder.. You can also use powder blusher over it, but i'm kind of afraid that it'll be too red? you can try hahaha!)
- Natural and glowly
- Good price
- Will consider buying it again!
My 2b skirt ready wasn't exactly successful.
I've been using it for about 2 weeks once a day, and the tube is finishing. Too soon D:
& no results yet.
Also, I heard from others that there is supposed to have a super burning sensation but i rarely feel anything, and the max i've ever felt was that it feels like my legs are wet and the wind blew.
Will just finish using it, use as a moisturiser =.=
Will not buy it again. and its quite expensive!
Starting on another slimming cream, review next time :D
Hello babes!
I've been busy especially the past week due to camp, have loads of overdue stuffs to blog about! will try to get them all done soon - the week before, i was busy preparing for camp, then camp, then now getting ready for uni and next week is camp again!
Upcoming posts would be about...
2b skirt ready short review after I (almost) finished it
my nyx cream blush
sk-ii facial treatment essence review
what i bought on a random day from plaza singapura
pre-review for bioessence celebrity's choice extra strength lotion
what i bought in the post-camp week spree lol, sk-ii facial treatment cream foundation review.
Anyway, I did gelish manicure yesterday! Gelish is supposedly soft gel too, I had a bad experience with soft gel manicure as mine peeled 4 days after it was done, so giving soft gel another chance (:
Did 3-tone color, blue with glitter, costed my $50! Its prettier in real, the sparkly glitter cannot be captured properly in the photo..
I would say I don't like the manicurist who did my nails, she was careless and I made her redo some parts to get this final result. Will not go back there again. Also, its a teeny weeeny chipped at the tip now.
Bought this some time ago, finally got to try out all 4 this week! Just a short short brief first-hand review!
From left to right
Gold Caviar (blue) - This bb cream contains the most nourishing ingredients such as gold and caviar, and has the highest spf, spf 50!
Glamorous Sparkling (pink) - This bb cream has metallic silver swirls in the cream when squeezed out. Supposed to provide a "radiant effect" but it is not really visible on me, but the silvery stuff is there, so can't doubt it!
Whitening & Repairing (silver) - The bb cream has the best coverage among the 4. The bb cream is targeted to whiten and pair wrinkles, I can't comment about this whitening and repairing effect because I used it for a day only.
Jasmine Water (purple) - This is the most commonly used BRTC BB cream I believe, for moisturising. I was kind of afraid to use this at first, because this is meant for dry skin, but turns out fine.
Overall, all are good, doesn't make my face oily or dry. All has a nice tint of fragrance, different smell for each bb cream.
If I were to pick from the above, Gold Caviar would be for outdoor activities most importantly due to its high spf, whitening & repairing for normal usage due to its treatment properties and better coverage. If my skin don't need much coverage, then jasmine water will do (:
PS there is something really wrong with my widgets, I know you guys can't access the "categories" and "brands" for some time already, I have already contacted onsugar for help, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
